Join us for our Annual Fall Group Show with special focus on artist George Hallmark. We'll have new works from all 60 of our nationally acclaimed artists along with special invited guests. George Hallmark began his career in the arts as an architectural designer and commercial artist before turning to the easel. Coming full circle his love of architecture is obvious in the delineation of stucco walls, tile roofs, and long shadows in his unique style. Named State Artist of Texas, Hallmark is an annual invited participant in the "Prix de West Exhibition" in Oklahoma City, the "Night of Artists” Show at the Briscoe Museum in San Antonio, the Eitlejorg Museum's "Quest for the West", and the "West Select" show at the Phoenix Art Museum.

LUNA Y SOL
“The sun and moon nourish our bodies and souls on a daily cycle and provide us with endless poetry, joy, peace, contemplation, hope, renewal and beauty. This is often beyond description and always unique in its interpretation. My hope is to convey some of these feelings and emotions into my work that will touch others in a personal way in their life.” Fredericksburg native and tonalist painter, Nancy Bush, brings her serene and inviting landscapes to InSight Gallery with new works for a solo exhibition opening on September 27th, 2018. Known for her ability to connect the viewer to nature’s tranquility, Bush portrays the landscape of the Texas Hill Country and the mountains of New Mexico in her trademark soft, layered palette. In the words of the artist, “Landscape is my love and is always a challenge, spiritually and emotionally. The variety and vastness of it can sometimes be overwhelming. Simplification is the answer.”
Show Runs: Friday, September 26th thru October 18th
First Friday Artwalk: Friday, October 5th 6-8pm
Join us for a One Man Show featuring bronze wildlife artist,Richard Loffler. This show will be of epic proportions with nine NEW works unveiled at the gallery. Additionally, the last casting of nine of his most popular, otherwise sold out bronze pieces, will be available at the show. Join InSight Gallery for a special uncrating party on Saturday, October 20, followed by a lecture and demonstration on bronze casting given by the artist. Mr. Loffler grew up on the wide-open Saskatchewan prairies in central Canada where he became a committed outdoorsman as a teenager by absorbing the wonders of the natural world around him. His monumental size work welcomes visitors from all over the world to the National Wildlife Museum in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, with a herd of 2.5 life-size bison sitting atop the hill in front of the museum. Now, 60 years old, Loffler juggles his time between his fieldwork, his studio work and the Montana foundries where he chases some of the castings, oversees the patinas, and completed works. This show is sure to impress!
